Born in 1971 in Skopje. He has graduated in 1994 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University - Skopje, within the Computer System Engineering and Automation program. He has completed his Master Degree in Computer Science at the same Faculty in 1998 and is currently a PhD candidate at the same University with ongoing research in distance education, rich communication media, QoS/QoE, videoconferencing and distributed systems.
He has achieved several international certifications in computer science and information technologies, from different vendors like Cisco and Microsoft, including: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, Cisco Certified Networking Professional Security, Cisco Certified Networking Professional Voice, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator, IPv6 Forum Certified Network Engineer (Gold), etc.
From 1994 - 1999 works at A1 Television as systems engineer and since 1999 he works at National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia and holds the position as IT senior consultant. His responsibilities in the Bank include planning and installation of complex information and communications solutions, management of infrastructure projects, IT strategy development and implementation, compliance with international standards, etc. Since 2004 he works part time as Certified Cisco Systems Instructor delivering courses in different areas, as well as Microsoft Certified Trainer. He is author and co-author of several papers published in international journals, international and national conferences.
