CUDA Teaching Center by NVIDIA
CUDA is an architecture by NVIDIA for parallel computing, which allows dramatic increase in computer performance by using the power of the graphic processing unit or GPU.
CUDA Teaching centers are recognized institutions which have integrated GPU computing techniques in their main curriculum. CUDA Teaching Center Program is a first program of this kind which supports these educational institutions.
As a part of CUDA Teaching Center Program, NVIDIA has donated GPU equipment as a support for the universities educational efforts. The equipment will be used by FCSE as part of a new laboratory, which will allow the students access to the most advanced technologies. The laboraotry will be used for educational and research purposes in the area of CUDA C/C++ GPU computing, GPGPU and parallel programming.
